1. General Information
   By purchasing a ticket and attending the "Shift Happens" event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible experience for all attendees, participants, and the local community.

2. Code of Conduct
   To maintain a respectful and safe environment, all attendees must adhere to the following rules:

• No burnouts, donuts, launch controls, unnecessary revving, speeding, or any other reckless driving behavior that may disturb the local community or endanger others.

• Attendees must follow all event staff instructions and adhere to any additional on-site safety guidelines.

• Any behavior deemed dangerous, reckless, or inappropriate may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

• Attendees are responsible for their own actions and must respect the venue, fellow participants, and the surrounding area.

1. Liability Disclaimer
   Attendance and participation in the event are at your own risk. "Shift Happens" and its organizers are not liable for any personal injuries, vehicle damage, lost or stolen property, or any other incidents occurring during the event.
   By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own safety and any damages or accidents they may cause.
   The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with the rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase and Agreement
   Purchasing a ticket constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
   All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
   The ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless "Shift Happens," its staff, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their attendance and participation in the event.

3. Event Modifications and Cancellation
   The event schedule, location, and other details may be subject to change. Organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of any changes in advance.
   In the case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund or ticket transfer at the discretion of the organizers.

4. Photography and Media
   Please be aware that photographs and video recordings will be taken throughout the event. These may be used by "Shift Happens" and its partners for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and press releases.
   By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that your image may be captured and used publicly without compensation or additional consent.
   If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to avoid areas where media is actively being captured.
   Purchasing a ticket indicates your acceptance of this policy.
